These plates were made in England. They are 10 7/8” wide. They are free of chips. The discontinued Regency Blue pattern is made of ivory bone china with gold rims and filigree. There is a band of cobalt. They are sold in sets of 2. Many sets are available. China is carefully packed and shipped with insurance.
